2 Regular exams per year for adults/children. New patients will receive comprehensive exam at their first visit.

2 Cleanings (prophylaxis / Perio Maintenance)

Additional Perio Maintenance cleanings needed will be given at a 30% discount.

2 Digital X-Rays

Includes all images needed for the periodic exams. Images may consist of bitewing X-Rays, intra-oral photos, for new patients, a panoramic X-Ray as ordered by the doctor.

In case of a referral to a specialists, patients will be subject to the specialists normal service fees. *Botox, Boost Whitening, and take home products sold at Restore Dental are not included or discounted as part of the Restore Dental Savers Plan.
